Fir Honey Sautéed Shrimps, with Garlic Flower and Kale
Ingrédients
340 g or 20 Nordic or Atlantique shrimps from responsible fishing
1 bunch of kale
1 bunch of garlic flower
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) fir honey
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) gluten free tamari
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) sunflower oil
Preparation
In a small pot, boil some water and cook the garlic flower for 3 minutes. Remove and rinse under cold water.
Split the kale. In a pan, heat half the sunflower oil and add the kale. Add the garlic flower and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the rest of the sunflower oil. Cook the shrimps for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Deglaze with honey fir and tamari.
Serve the shrimps hot with their sauce and green vegetables.
