Fir Honey Sautéed Shrimps, with Garlic Flower and Kale

 
Ce plat nordique composé de crevettes sautés, de fleurs d’ail et de miel au sapin est décadent. Les saveurs se marient parfaitement ensemble pour donner une recette de crevettes goûteuse et locale.

Ingrédients

  • 340 g or 20 Nordic or Atlantique shrimps from responsible fishing

  • 1 bunch of kale

  • 1 bunch of garlic flower

  • 60 ml (1⁄4 cup) fir honey

  • 60 ml (1⁄4 cup) gluten free tamari

  • 60 ml (1⁄4 cup) sunflower oil

 

Preparation

In a small pot, boil some water and cook the garlic flower for 3 minutes. Remove and rinse under cold water.

Split the kale. In a pan, heat half the sunflower oil and add the kale. Add the garlic flower and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the rest of the sunflower oil. Cook the shrimps for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Deglaze with honey fir and tamari.

Serve the shrimps hot with their sauce and green vegetables.
