White Fish « en papillotte » with Fir

 
Poisson en papillote aux saveurs forestières, nordiques.

Ingredients

  • 2 filets of your favorite white fish

  • Few finely chopped slices of onion

  • 1 celery stick

  • Few fir tree branches

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon coarse pepper

  • A dash of oil

  • A dash of apple cider vinegar

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In aluminum foil, place the filets and add on top all other ingredients. Bake for 14 minutes.

Serve with finely chopped radicchio, a bit of fennel and a grilled hot pepper.
