White Fish « en papillotte » with Fir
Ingredients
2 filets of your favorite white fish
Few finely chopped slices of onion
1 celery stick
Few fir tree branches
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse pepper
A dash of oil
A dash of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In aluminum foil, place the filets and add on top all other ingredients. Bake for 14 minutes.
Serve with finely chopped radicchio, a bit of fennel and a grilled hot pepper.
