Goat Cheese, Blackcurrants and Fir Crouton
Ingredient
1 sourdough or gluten free bread loaf
1 small basket of blackcurrants
Your favorite goat cheese
2 tablespoons fir honey
A handful of pea sprouts
Preparation
Slice the bread thick.
Grill it on the BBQ, or in the toaster.
Spread generously with goat cheese.
Add the fir honey, blackcurrants and pea sprouts.
Enjoy with your favorite cider or as a flavoury breakfast while camping.
