Sea Buckthorn and Fir Cocktail

 
This local cocktail with Sea Buckthorn, kombucha and vermouth from Val Caudalie is fresh and summery. Its refreshing taste is ideal for drinking around the pool in summer. A refined cocktail with ingredients of the moment has a forest touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Val Caudalies vermouth

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) fir kombucha

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sparkling water

  • 1 tablespoon sea buckthorn berries or other berries.

  • Ice

 

Preparation

In an old-fashioned glass, mix the ice, sea buckthorn berries and vermouth. Add the kombucha and water, and stir.
